About Us

The Victorian women's Housing Association (VWHA) is a social housing developer creating homes that will enable women and their children to live with dignity as contributing members of local communities. It is an operating principle of VWHA that resources are sourced from the private, public and community sectors in order to leverage contributions and maximise the best use of limited resources.

The VWHA is a not for profit company limited by Guarantee (with Public Benevolent Institution status) managed by a voluntary Board of Directors. The Board comprises women from the private, public, academic and community sectors who share the passion for improving the life choices for women and families surviving on low incomes.
