Accessing Women's Affordable Rental Housing

The Victorian Women's Housing Association (VWHA) is a specialist long term rental housing service for low income women and their children.

Women who require long term rental housing and would like to be able to access VWHA properties need to contact our Tenancy and Property Manager during business hours. VWHA manages its own tenancies and properties and as such is responsible for tenant selection for these properties. The general location of the properties and the criteria established to determine who may be housed in the properties is also available from VWHA.
